We are Mariah and Katelyn, two passionate and determined women, aged 27 and 22, with a shared dream of creating a boutique that empowers young women through style. We met while working at a small business boutique in Nashville, Tennessee, and quickly realized that we shared not only a love for fashion but also an entrepreneurial spirit. 

Mariah has been a self-taught designer since she was a child. With a natural creative flair, she started deconstructing and reconstructing clothing, blending fabrics and ideas into one-of-a-kind pieces. Her passion for fashion continued through high school, where she’d sneak 6-inch heels in her backpack to wear when her parents weren’t looking. In college, she designed costumes for theater productions and later refined her skills while working in small boutiques.

Katelyn, on the other hand, has been a natural-born fashionista. At just one year old, she crafted her first “outfit” out of Band-Aids, showcasing her resourcefulness and creativity. Her passion for fashion solidified when she received a “Project Runway” set at age five, igniting her dream of working in the industry. After going to school for fashion, she joined a boutique where she met Mariah.

Our boutique is more than just a business—it is a platform to empower women through fashion while championing eco-friendly and socially responsible practices. We understand the challenges that come with finding fashion that balances individuality and professionalism, and our mission is to meet those needs in a meaningful way. As experienced professionals in the fashion industry, we are committed to creating a brand that reflects our values. While this approach may narrow our budget options, it aligns with our vision of redefining what small business boutiques can represent—a future that empowers women and supports sustainability.
